瑞安市嘉盛机械有限公司（原个体户）生产“乔盛”牌液压阻尼器。自2006年，用冷成型工艺开发出一款铰链用液压阻尼器金属油缸。（优点：油缸内壁粗糙度达到亚镜面，并增强材质密度，耐摩擦，使产品性能较仪表加工或数控加工使用寿命提高5倍以上）在2008年申请了液压阻尼器专利产品。（因忙于外协油缸订单生产，一直没有投产自己的专利产品）直到2010年初，我司投入冷成型新设备，定制滑轨阻尼器油缸的开发和生产，历时四年在13年10月底成功生产出新款滑轨阻尼器油缸。并在13年10月申请专利号为ZL 2013 2 0634604.2的液压阻尼器专利。14年3月在提高阻尼器性能品质上申请专利号为ZL 2014 2 0126888.9的液压阻尼器专利。同年8月开发高温阻尼器成功，现已申请专利。虽然我们的液压阻尼器是后起之秀，但是专业和品质是我们嘉盛人不变的追求，我们一直在努力，只为制造更好的液压阻尼器。 Ruian Jiasheng Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly self-employed) now produces "qiaosheng" brand hydraulic damper. Since 2006, with the cold molding process Jiasheng developed the first hydraulic damper hinge metal cylinder. (Advantages: Cylinder inwall roughness reaches the sub-mirror level and enhances the material density and abrasion, so that service life is five times or more than instrument processing or CNC machining). In 2008 Jiasheng applied for hydraulic damper patented products. (Due to busy orders of outsourcing cylinder production, Jiasheng had not been put into its own proprietary products). Until early in 2010, our investment in new equipment for cold forming, Jiasheng began the development and production of customized slide damper cylinder. After four years hardworking, Jiasheng successfully produced the latest slide damper cylinder at the end of October in 2013. Also at the end of October in 2013, Jiasheng applied for patent No. ZL 2013 2 0634604.2 for the hydraulic damper. March in 2014, Jiahseng applied for patent No. ZL 2014 2 0126888.9 for quality-improved hydraulic damper. In August 2014, Jiasheng successfully developed the high-temperature damper, and also has applied for patent. Although our hydraulic damper is a rising star, but profession and quality are our constant pursuit, we have been working hard, only to create a better hydraulic damper.
